Thinking about this new normal in which everything is in the palm of the hand and we need to be constantly connected, many companies need to innovate their ways of serving, going beyond regular office hours, but without having to spend on more staff for this.

In the health area it could not be different. We have a huge demand for assistance and we need to protect the health of those on the front lines against covid.

1. Analyzing the Problem

Currently, to schedule an exam, the patient needs to either call the laboratory either make the request via chat on the website, but these two ways are limited to the service time, because the contact is made directly between the attendant and the patient.
