My first challenge with the Itau bank Renegotiation Team (2022) was to explore and understand how to implement a bank debit mechanism in an external bank. This functionality was named Interbank Debit.
Different tests were carried out, with the original platform and with proposals for new changes in the web version.
Then we can follow the screens used for usability tests in the mobile version
