During my time on the Money In Team 💵 at BV bank (2022), I had the possibility to talk with some clients and some beta testers (employees who first receive a trial version) to understand better how much they know and use Salary Portability in their digital bank accounts.
For formal workers who receive their wages directly into a bank account, it is possible to request a salary portability from any other bank that has an account, so that the amount received is automatically transferred to the desired bank.

A total of 8 were interviewed, 5 of them being our beta testers and the other 3 bank customers. They were professionals aged between 19 and 47 years, from different areas, sales, administration, IT, and even owners of their own businesses. In general busy people, who share their day with work, housework, physical activity, among others.
All of them with at least basic knowledge in technology and banking.
